What is the Slovak dish? It was my basic question before making 
an interview.Once I stepped into the Slovak Ambassador's Residence, 
I felt it was the entire foreign country in Tokyo.In fact, I was a 
little nervous, but Mrs. Ambassador, Jela, was so friendly we all 
staff could be relaxed right away.
"My sister surprised to hear that I would 
teach Slovak cooking in the Net because I 
had seldom cooked in Slovakia!" Jela said.
However, Jela proceeded the cooking class 
so smoothly, you may try this menu easily 
to brag it to your friends as Slovak dish 
which few people know yet! 

This site introduces Slovak recipe, presented by Mrs. Jela Lajcakova who stayed in Japan till June 1998 as Mrs. Ambassador of Slovak Republic.
