Bryndzove halushky (Potato dumplings topped with sheep cheese and fried bacon)

Potato 1kg Flour 300g Salt 3 tea spoon Bacon 80g Sheep cheese 250g Milk |

Boil the water enough in a pot and add 2 tea spoon of salt (excluded the above). Grate potato and mix flour and salt. |
Form small dumplings and throw into boiling water with the help of a punctured strainer. (check the hardness here and adjust it with flour)Leave the dumpling to swim in the water until they come to the surface. |

| Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry it. | Remove the dumplings from the water, place them into a bowl, top it with the sheep cheese and fried bacon and mix well. |
