Grater

This is one of the must item in Slovak homes.Jela left it at home when she moved to Japan and missed it very much because she couldn't cook Halusky without it.

Slovak Liquor

I tried Slovak beer and wine for the first time. I felt it has a strong impact and matches Slovak dishes. One of the most popular liquor is Slivovica which is made from plum and very strong (alcohol 54%). People often have strong liquor in the morning as Slovakia is very cold in winter.
